Our
formart unit in Northrhine-Westphalia, the most densely populated state in
Germany, specializes in urban residential construction. Our main areas of
operation are the cities of Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Essen, and Mülheim, where
we focus on planning, designing, and constructing complete residential
communities, and also convert old structures to accommodate new users.
Our activities in this field are very innovative – for example, we recently
converted a former tram depot into a new residential neighborhood in Düsseldorf.
Our high-quality work takes into account urban development issues, and we also
consistently maintain close ties to our customers.
We believe in creating apartments and townhouses whose high-quality architecture
lends them character while also offering outstanding comfort. In downtown
Düsseldorf we are currently constructing a residential community known as Atrio,
which despite its close proximity to the city's bustling Königsallee will offer
quiet, laid-back living. The community will consist of lofts and condominiums,
all of which will offer a view of the development's park area in the middle of
the complex. The development will also include high-end equipment features.
In Bonn's Hochkreuz district, we've built a residential community of spacious
condominiums and townhouses directly across from the former site of the German
Horticultural Show at Rheinaue Park. The buildings were conceived in line with
the latest standards for energy-saving and ecological construction, and also
offer a high level of comfort. The apartments have breathtaking views of the
romantic Siebengebirge mountains, the Post Tower, and the lush green slopes of
the Venusberg.
