We develop and build properties for own use and investment throughout the entire northern German region on the basis of our customers' requirements. The focus here is on high-quality residential spaces ranging from classic apartments to more modern apartment designs, as well as specially optimized care facilities built to their operators' specifications.

Each of our projects is subject to clear quality guidelines, including those concerning the neighborhood and the surrounding area, which can make a big difference in terms of quality of life. Taken together, all of our measures create a firm foundation for solid long-term real estate investments that retain their value over time.

Our reference projects include a recently completed complex of one-family houses in Hanover consisting of Bauhaus-style townhouses on Kirchroder Karree. The three-story design of the houses allows for intelligent utilization of available space to ensure an optimized layout. Some of the buildings were constructed in the so-called passive house style designed to contribute to climate protection – an issue that is on the minds of many at the moment.
