Potential risks in complex projects are identified early on with PreFair, before they cause costly problems at the building stage. The risk profile gives you a clear picture and helps obviate subsequent modifications.

This all works best in a fair and open partnership with maximum transparency. If you wish, we will involve you in the negotiations with subcontractors and give you access to our accounts.

In the preconstruction phase, we coordinate and structure the -project. Thereafter you can choose whether, after optimization of the plans, we may also take care of the construction phase for you ? trans-parently, fairly and taking the entire life cycle into consideration.
