Construction of fossil-fueled power plants

We have been giving proof for decades now that we have the know-how to blend the power of fossil fuels and innovative drive. We form experienced construction and project teams to build power plants to state-of-the-art standards.

In Niederaussem, for example, we built the first lignite power station complete with optimized installations. The scope of works included civil engineering works (e.g. main cooling water lines) and all carcass works (e.g. slip-form construction works up to a height of 175 meters) at the plant unit.

We are currently involved in constructing the 800 MW hard-coal-fired block in Duisburg-Walsum.
