Henner Mahlstedt (Dipl.-Ing.)
Born in December 1953, studied civil engineering at Braunschweig Technical
University. Mahlstedt started his career as structural engineer and project
coordinator at Strabag Bau AG in Hamburg, followed by positions as project, site
and senior site manager and as manager of the Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein branch.
Mahlstedt subsequently worked as manager of Strabag's Berlin-Brandenburg main
branch and was proxy member of the Executive Board of Hoch- und Ingenieurbau AG
Köln, from 1999 to 2001 also member of the Executive Board. Following these
assignments, Mahlstedt was Director of the Management Board of Pegel & Sohn Gmbh
& Co. KG and its subsidiaries in Munich and Dubai.
In 2003, Mahlstedt joined HOCHTIEF Construction AG as Management Chairman of the East Division. Since October 2005, he has been a member of the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Construction AG. In December 2006 the Supervisory Board appointed Henner Mahlstedt as Vice Chairman of the Executive Board. Henner Mahlstedt (53) took over as Chairman of the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Construction AG from Dr. Friedel Abel on April 1, 2007.
Heiner Helbig (Dipl.-Kfm.)
Born in October 1957, studied business administration in Münster. Helbig started
his career as auditing assistant for KPMG Peat Marwick in Düsseldorf, followed
by a position as auditing team head. Further positions: assistant to the CEO of
RWK AG, Wuppertal, commercial manager and authorized representative of Stelcon
AG in Essen. In 1998, Helbig joined HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft as commercial
manager of the Rhine-Ruhr main branch. Until 2002, he had executive tasks as
member of the Management Board of the Northwest regional area of HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft, including the establishment of HOCHTIEF Construction AG in
the Northwest area.
From 2003 to 2005, Helbig was member of the Management Board of the HOCHTIEF Development division, Managing Director of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung GmbH and of HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions GmbH. Since October 2005, Helbig has been a member of the HOCHTIEF Construction AG Executive Board.
