Cooperation opens up new scope for action: In Cologne, Leverkusen and the Offenbach district, for instance, HOCHTIEF Solutions converted and modernized several schools as part of a PPP project. Another example illustrating HOCHTIEF Construction's execution competence in the PPP field is the city of Gladbeck: Since 2006, citizens here have been profiting from a new, modern city hall that facilitates numerous processes - thanks to refurbishment and construction performed by HOCHTIEF.
