From office and commercial buildings through to industrial properties – the spectrum of projects realized by our business unit in North Rhine-Westphalia is both wide and varied.

In Essen, for example, we built among others the headquarters tower of international energy utility RWE – the highest office building in the Ruhr Area conurbation – and in Bochum we were responsible for constructing the BP administration building. In the federal state capital Düsseldorf and its greater region, our most recent projects include construction of the office buildings ARAG Tower and GAP 15 in the city center, and the stadium of national-league soccer club Borussia Mönchengladbach. At the moment, we are responsible for constructing the new offices of the NRW Crime Investigation Authority (LKA NRW) as well as the Sky Office.

Another focus of our activities is in Cologne where we created a unique roof structure under very restricted space conditions for fashion department store chain P+C. We built KölnTurm in the MediaPark and also expanded the trade fair grounds to meet future requirements. Behind the historical facades of the Rhineside Halls, we are currently erecting a generously dimensioned office and media complex, and are also involved in numerous projects in connection with the conversion of Rheinauhafen harbor.

At Duisburg's Inner Harbor, we currently are responsible for building the Hitachi Power Office and the oval building complex Looper.
