The Bavaria business unit is one of the oldest units of the HOCHTIEF Group. Since its set-up in Munich in 1903, the unit has been constructing a large number of remarkable buildings for renowned clients such as Audi, BMW, insurers WWK and publishers Süddeutscher Verlag. Munich Airport Center also counts among the project successes of our Munich business unit.

In the "Alter Hof" project in the historical center of Munich's capital, we demonstrate that we can also be relied on as professionals in connection with old buildings: Here we revitalize part of the existing complex and harmoniously add state-of-the-art buildings.
